Our tri-tip is prepared in our mesquite marinade, giving a classic smoky BBQ flavor without all of the sugar. Tri-tip is the cut that comes from the bottom "tip" of the sirloin. Tri-tip, also known as the 'California cut' is rich in flavor and lower in fat than other cuts.
