Classic Fried Oyster Po’ Boy Sandwich

4 French rolls or hoagie buns

1 cup shredded lettuce

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp hot sauce

Pickles (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the Oysters:
Preheat oil to 350°F. Deep fry or air fry oysters until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels. -
Make the Sauce:
