BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Place cod and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 12-16 minutes at 400F. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Place cod and butter on two sheets of tin foil and fold edges of tinfoil upward, creating a pouch. Grill pouch for 15-20 minutes over medium-high heat.

SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS
