Pickup

1. Add items to your cart.
2. Choose PICKUP at checkout (with your desired day and time).
3. Your items will be ready for your pickup at our store. Please have a face mask and ID for verification. 


Once your order has been placed and filled, we will NOT issue any refunds or order cancellations. We will hold your package until you are able to pick it up or unless you switch to shipping or delivery. Once your order has been placed, we cannot modify the order. 


If a refund is issued due to customer request, you are subject to a 15% nonrefundable re-stocking fee. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL TO KEEP OUR PRICES LOW. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Delivery

2. Choose DELIVERY at checkout with your desired day and time.
3. Enter in your address. (We deliver SAME DAY up to 50 miles from our store in Sacramento, CA.) 
4. Your items will be delivered safely to your door.

If a customer would like to cancel their delivery, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee per Roadie 

Shipping

3. Enter in your shipping address. We provide shipping to the entire United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. 
We currently do not provide international shipping
4. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. Shortly after, we will provide a tracking number via UPS. 


Please only select "UPS Ground" if you are a California resident ONLY. We are not responsible for longer delivery times for orders outside of California. 


Due to ship times during peak season we are only shipping via UPS to ensure quality and freshness. We hope to reduce our rates once we are able to ensure faster ship times and are currently working on some cost-effective measures. Please note we always try to be transparent as possible with our pricing. Thank you for understanding! 

Shipping and Delivery Policies


Once your items are released to the carrier (Roadie, FedEx, or UPS), Mad Butcher Meat Company and Wholesome Raw Pet Food are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, held, or damaged. We always do our best to pay extra for faster shipping if we know you're located in an area affected by weather delays/heat waves. Once your package is released to the carrier, ownership of the package is transferred to the customer. By utilizing our shipping or delivery services, the buyer understands that they are purchasing frozen/cold items at their own risk. 


We are not responsible for any mis-delivery errors when the address has not been entered correctly. If you order for shipping and delivery, you understand that you are responsible for filing any claims with Roadie, FedEx, or UPS. Mad Butcher Meat Company may only assist you with these orders by providing video/camera proof of your order leaving our facility in perfect condition to add to your claim. 


We ONLY issue refunds if items are missing (which is cross referenced with our video/camera system) from your package on our end.
