Hong Kong Pork & Shrimp Wonton
Encapsulated in the thin yet tender wheat skins are a blend of diced fresh shrimp and ground pork to add a sumptuous fragrance to Wei-Chuan Hong Kong Pork & Shrimp Wonton. In keeping with the Chinese tradition, every piece of wonton is precisely bite sized. The soft translucent skin of this wonton breaks easily in the mouth to reveal a juicy shrimp center and rich pork filling.
Ground Pork, Shrimp (shrimp, sodium tripolyphosphate, water, salt), Egg White, Water, Less than 2% of Corn Starch, Soybean Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt, Fried Dried Fish (flounder, salt), Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate: less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), Sugar, Sesame Oil, White Pepper, Disodium 5'-guanylate.
Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Gluten, Egg Yolk, Salt, Dough Conditioner (distilled monoglycerides), Egg Shade Color (water, propylene glycol, FD&C Yellow #5, #6 and Red #40)
Wheat, Egg, Soy, Shrimp, Fish (Flounder)
Must be Cooked to an Internal Temperature of 165°F or above as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.
Place 14 frozen wontons in 8 cups of boiling water.
Cook for 3 minutes over high heat with lid on.
Remove lid and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Remove wontons from water.
Pour favorite soup over wontons and serve.
