Lemon & Herb Butter Wild Scallops

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Place scallops and butter on a greased baking dish, bake 8-10 minutes at 400F. Spin baking dish halfway through for even cooking.

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in a small pan. Oil the grill and cook scallops over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling for another 3-5 minutes. Spoon melted butter over scallops.

SKILLET/STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in pan over medium-low heat. Cook scallops for 2-4 minutes, occasionally brushing with butter. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
