- 2 Frenched Racks of Lamb (about 1.5 lbs each)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:
